Stephen A. Marakovits, CPA
Steve has over 25 years of public accounting experience. A graduate of Kutztown University in 1997, he immediately began working in public accounting. Steve earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 2001. He works regularly with owners of closely held businesses allowing him to help meet their financial and tax needs. Steve has serviced McDonald’s operators for his entire career. He consults on profitability, growth and efficient tax planning with McDonald’s operators.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Jodi A. MacKenzie, MBA
Jodi has over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting. After earning both a BS in Accounting from Millersville University in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration from Moravian College in 1995, she began a successful career in corporate accounting holding key financial positions with Conmec, Inc., Sodexo, Inc. and Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. In 2009, Jodi brought her expertise to the industry of public accounting and began working with McDonald’s operators, among other clients. Her years of experience as a financial officer for corporations gives Jodi a solid understanding to what business owners need to successfully manage their businesses.
Jared D. Radcliffe, CPA
Upon graduating from Kutztown University in 2016, Jared began his career in private accounting working with The Reading Eagle Company, The Village Voice, and Moselem Springs Golf Club. He joined Trinkle Marakovits & MacKenzie in 2017 as a Staff Accountant where he gained knowledge in guiding quick service franchisees and closely held businesses. Jared earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 2019. Throughout Jared’s time at TMM, he gained expertise in servicing McDonald’s franchisees. Jared became a Shareholder in 2023.

Joseph C. Trinkle, Jr., CPA
Our President, Joe Trinkle, has over 30 years of public accounting experience. Joe strives to direct clients based on the knowledge obtained throughout his career. After graduation from DeSales University in 1981, Joe initially worked for Litton Industries in Houston, TX. Within a year, Joe returned to Pennsylvania and began his career in public accounting. In 1984, Joe qualified as a Certified Public Accountant. Joe works regularly with owners of closely held businesses allowing him to be specific to their needs. Throughout his career, Joe has specialized in servicing McDonald’s operators. Developing key services to this client base has allowed many McDonald’s operators to maintain strong and consistent control over the financial position of their business.
